Keep Night & Day open!

Manchester City Council (MCC) served Night & Day with a Noise Abatement Notice (NAN) in November 21. The NAN relates to a single complainant (2 occupants) that bought a flat adjacent to the venue during covid lockdown.

We believe the source of the problem to be woefully inadequate sound insulation was installed and signed off by MCC Planning when the flats were converted from warehouse to residential.

Over the past 12 months we have approached Licensing and Council Leaders to ask them to drop the NAN. MCC refuse to drop the NAN. Night & Day are appealing the notice at Manchester Crown Courts on Tuesday 30th.
