The Strangerz have received acclamations in DIY magazine, Harder Than Hearing, Fresh on the Net and Louder than war, along with plays on BBC Radio 6 & Radio Manchester. They have supported legendary acts such as Shonen Knife at a sold-out show at Night & Day and Petrol Girls at Leeds Key club, and toured across England playing: Liverpool, Newcastle, Sheffield, Manchester, London, Nottingham, Birmingham, Leeds & many more!

At their effervescent live shows The Strangerz deliver bending hook-laden guitar lines paired with viscous drums and vocals that make a genre-breaking loose, raw and ragged sound. The Strangerz are leftfield with a distinct groove, flicking between angular post-punk and hard-hitting visceral feminist punk. The band’s made up of twins, singer Martha and her guitarist brother Thomas, and their mates, drummer Shannon & bassist Will.

Otala

"Their eloquent fusion of post-rock, freeform jazz, post-punk and spoken word sets them apart from the crowd as one of the most unique acts to emerge from the city in a very long time" - Under the Radar Magazine

The Empty Page

An anxious, angular post-punk band from Manchester, England, The Empty Page do not write love songs. Instead, you’ll find subjects like bed rot, victim blaming, and the end of the world set to hook-laden tunes layered over fuzzy riffs and the occasional urgent synth.

Cinder

After releasing their debut EP "formless, shapeless" last year, Cinder are ready to bring showcase their captivating industrial/shoegaze aesthetic on stage in Manchester. Ghostly vocals, ruined guitars, pummelling bass, and relentless drums. A true "wall of noise".
