Stereohaze

An alternative rock band from Manchester playing catchy tunes with blistering guitar solos and crisp clear harmonies guaranteed to leave a crowd wanting more.

Bards

Formed in Manchester in late 2016 before releasing their debut single ‘Victory’ in 2018, to be followed by their debut EP in 2019. Drawing inspiration from an eclectic array of music, their new EP is a journey from the soaring crescendo of ‘Goldmine’ and ‘Liberty’, where Bards explore their heavier influences with crunching bass riffs, wailing guitars and loaded drums, down to the hopeful outlook and sweet atmosphere of ‘Slow’ and ‘A Place You Go To Dream’, hinting at a more vulnerable side to the band’s songwriting.

Jack B Dawson

The 23 year old singer-songwriter is part of the ever growing but effervescent Manchester music scene.  The self taught guitarist also following in his songwriter dad's footsteps. With already a debut EP “Lubo” under his sleeves, standout track "Merry-Go-Round' having repeated plays on BBC Introducing. "Lubo" includes some songs that are littered with claustrophobic and often painful asides about 'rejection and loss' alongside melodies so catchy you will be cussing their very existence as you drift off to sleep. His single 'Don't Wait Up' being described as 'what you see is what you get’ nature, the playful track circulates around a difficult subject of letting go. "There’s a subtle nudge in Jack's music towards the indie movement through his inspiring vocal lines" Mixed and mastered by Jim Spencer (Johnny Marr, The Charlatans) Jack has enlisted the best people around him produce an anthem. RGM. You can catch Jack perform at The Night and Day cafe with his full band.

Velvet Starlings

Velvet Starlings is fronted by Christian Gisborne, an indie rock & roll singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist & producer based in Los Angeles, known for a powerful 60s era Eric Burdon influenced vocal style and a commanding and dynamic stage presence inviting media & industry insider comparisons to Jack White and Ty Segall. Early musical influences include The Doors, and British Invasion staples: The Beatles, The Who, and The Kinks.

Oliver Vawdrey

Indie Rock solo artist from Manchester with catchy melody and a set list full of original songs with the odd cover for everyone to sing along to.
