Loose Joints X Yasmin Coe DJ Set

Taking inspiration from artists like Current Joys, Mazzy Star and the Pixies, Yasmin’s solo performances bring together story telling lyrics amongst jangly indie guitar sounds- self described as sad girl, shoegaze, 60s inspired pop. Her first single ‘No Hope’ aims to capture a taste of these elements, entwining classic indie pop with contrasting introspective lyrics.

Despite this- her DJ set will be anything but sad. Serving as a single release celebration, except to dance to retro rock meets post punk meets pure camp, and of course the entire Beatles discography.
