A four-piece hailing from Greater Manchester, the band haven't so much carved their own niche, as blasted it out of the city's bedrock. Combining blistering grunge with an inimitable sense of punk nihilism, they harbour a wilful and blissful ignorance to the influence of the city they call home, instead taking cues from bands such as Nirvana, The Pixies or Turnstile in order to craft something as incendiary as it is acerbic, and that's utterly their own. Indeed, it's the band's blatant disregard for convention that has already turned heads across the industry.
